These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and interactions made through our Minecraft server Store hosted on CraftingStore. By completing a purchase or using the Store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Structure and Responsibility
Our Store is powered by CraftingStore, which manages payment processing, order delivery systems, and parts of the transactional infrastructure. CraftingStore’s own Terms and Privacy Policy also apply when using the Store.

3. Eligibility

4. Nature of Goods

Most items are delivered automatically through CraftingStore’s delivery system. Delivery may be delayed due to server downtime, maintenance, or processing issues. Delivery depends on the correct Minecraft username being provided at checkout.

6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are provided unless required by applicable law.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
a) Permanent removal of in-game items,
b) Suspension from the server,
c) A ban from the Store.

7. Compliance With Server Rules
Purchasing a package does not exempt you from server rules. Violating server rules may result in sanctions, including removal of purchased items or account bans, without compensation.

8. Modifications to Store Packages
We may modify, adjust, disable, or remove packages or benefits at any time for technical, gameplay, or administrative reasons. These changes do not entitle purchasers to refunds or compensation.

9. Technical Requirements
Purchases require a valid Minecraft account and the ability to connect to the server. We are not responsible for issues caused by:
a) Mojang/Microsoft account problems,
b) Minecraft version conflicts,
c) Outages in CraftingStore or related services.

10. Payment Processing
All payments are handled by CraftingStore and its integrated processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or control payment information, billing details, or financial data.

11. Data Use
Order information such as your Minecraft username, purchase history, and IP address may be used for:
a) Delivery of purchased items,
b) Fraud prevention,
c) Customer support,
d) Compliance with legal or platform requirements.
Payment information is handled exclusively by CraftingStore and its partners.

12. Limitation of Liability
The Store, server, and all digital goods are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
a) Loss of virtual items,
b) Downtime or interruptions,
c) Gameplay changes affecting purchased packages,
d) Data loss, connection issues, or account actions.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
